i am 16 years old, 5?4 and weigh 154 lbs (female). i have already lost 24 lbs by doing a diet alone, but now ive hit a plateu and im thinking of starrting to exercise so i can continue my weight loss.
will eating a healthy diet (1200-1400 cals a day) and running for 45 min to an hour atleast 3x a week hp me lose weight?
has anyone lost weight and gotten good results from running?

Of course you will and it will make you stronger and start to tone you up a bit.
And no it wont make you muscly, ive heard a lot of girls ask that but it takes a lot more strenuous exercises to do that.
